Quotes & Service Commitments
Valid for 14 calendar days from date of issue.
Note: Receipt of payment serves as the final confirmation that all quoted details are correct and approved for production.
Responsibility of Consumer
Product Suitability
Consumers must ensure the selected product is appropriate for its intended environment and application before installation.
Material Specification
Familiarization with dimensions and material technical specs is required to avoid performance mismatches.
Dimensional Matching
The consumer must confirm that product dimensions accurately match the items they intend to protect.
Safety Adherence
All safety precautions and warnings listed on packaging and digital manuals must be strictly followed.
Reporting Window
Any dissatisfaction or functional defects must be reported within the specified refund/repair window defined in our policy.
Protocol Statement
Active diligence in maintenance ensures the longevity of your Covergard™ installation.
General Disclaimer
Protective Limitations
While Covergard™ products are engineered to significantly reduce environmental damage, they are not absolute barriers. We cannot guarantee total prevention of damage under extreme or unforeseen circumstances.
Natural Evolution
Natural fading, discoloration, and material deterioration are expected over time due to UV exposure and outdoor use.
Material Availability
Manufacturing standards and textile compositions may fluctuate slightly based on global material availability.
Optimal Use Case
For maximum product lifespan, sheltered or covered use is ideal. This applies to all fabrics with the specific exception of our Ripstop™ line.
